| 2008 O.D. Event Series |
Presentation Session
Held September 5, 2008
Description Recap:
Congratulations. You've landed the contract... secured the position... been asked to lead change management for the new program. So now what? It's well known that over 70% of change initiatives fail. What can you do to make sure that yours succeeds?
- How will your organization's culture impact the decisions your team will make?
- Where should you spend your scarce time?
- What should be done about resistance?
These are a few of the questions this session will explore. Join us as we discuss tools, techniques and underlying principles of organizational culture and effective implementations.
Our facilitator for this session, Debra S. Graham, has provided consultation and leadership development for companies around the globe, including Asia, Europe and North America. Deb has 20+ years of experience with Dayton Region corporations, including work in information technology and the paper and packaging industries where she supported numerous company-wide projects. This encompassed large-scale business transformation, High Performance culture change, acquisition integration, and a global leadership development program for high potentials. Deb holds a Masters of Science-Organization Development (MSOD) degree from The Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University, where the focus of her thesis was Improving Acquisition Performance.
